Strips and Fillets of Smoked Salmon

Our salmon is produced and prepared from whole fillets without skin and bones. Dry salted and smoked with beech wood. They are preservative-free and guaranteed non-GMO (<0.9%).

Smoked Salmon Steaks

Our salmon steaks are traditionally cold-smoked vertically. Dry salted and smoked with beech wood. Natural or seasoned with mild spices.

They are preservative-free and guaranteed non-GMO (<0.9%). Their texture is slightly crusty on the surface and tender inside, suitable for both hot and cold consumption throughout the year.

Suggestions: enjoy alone to appreciate the subtlety of its smoking and the consistency of its firm yet tender texture.

Lardons, Matchsticks, and Shreds
